The cost of registration is $1,200 for the first attendee and $900 for each additional attendee from the same organization. Cost includes training, three catered lunches and one welcome reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations received before noon on April 20, 2010, will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after noon of April 20, 2010, will be subject to the full registration fee. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time.  We will send an invoice to the e-mail address you provide above, upon successful registration.
