News of Steve Jobs’ death traveled quickly across the globe yesterday – an odd affirmation of the impact he has had in global daily life.  Reporters and everyday people took to their Macs, iPhones, and iPads and wrote; exchanging the news and sending tributes.  Apple, the company that he co-founded, posted a simple black and white image of Jobs, looking confident and brilliant, on its homepage. 

No matter what your view on technology, or Apple, Inc., it is because of Apple’s groundbreaking approach to computers - making them small and accessible to the “everyman” - that things like the Internet were possible, ...and because of the internet, people need a web presence, ... and because of that Square Root Interactive is here.

I imagine that if he was as he has been portrayed, he would have fit right in here at Square Root…the right mix of smart and wacky; inspired and pragmatic.

Godspeed Mr. Jobs.
