What’s More Important: WHO Owns Social Media Within an Organization or WHY It Matters?

There’s been a debate brewing for the last several years, one that Forrester Research had hoped to help settle once and for all with the 2009 release of the results from its "Global Social Media Planning Survey." The results of this study were designed to give companies insight into the ways resources are organized around social media, and it was hoped the results would clearly indicate how social media should be administrated within organizations.

Is Your Web Site Smart Phone Friendly?

Surfing the Web via a smart phone (or other portable device) is more popular than ever. There are currently more than a billion mobile Web users, and one source says that number will grow by 25 percent by the end of 2011. With that in mind, now is the time for companies to plan for when and how they’re going to launch a mobile-friendly version of their Web sites.
