Here at Square Root, I’m in charge of business development and overall quality assurance. And, as president and co-owner, I have the responsibility of setting the goals, pace and the mood at the office. My goal is to create a work environment that is efficient, stimulating and rewarding. This is accomplished through regular management meetings, staff “lunch and learns” and individual reviews. I always encourage staff members to voice new ideas and share feedback, but these meetings create a special occasion for doing just that.   {read more about andy}

My responsibilities here are at Square Root Interactive are twofold. First, I helped get this place off the ground and serve as vice president. So, like Andy, I have my hands in a little bit of everything. When it comes to operations, I make sure the techies and designers play nice and stay on schedule. It’s important to me that every Web site is the perfect marriage of form and function.
