Life at Square Root Interactive
I joined Square Root in March of 2010 and am one of several account executives here at Square Root. My job is to be the best advocate for our clients during the design and implementation process and to train them and troubleshoot issues after the project is completed. I am also Google Analytics IQ certified, and I love helping our clients use that tool to maximize their site's potential.
Life Before Square Root Interactive
Before Square Root, I was an Art Museum Curator and Educator. I worked for the Cleveland Museum of Art, in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, where I happily lead tours, taught studio art classes, managed programs centered around the museum’s special exhibitions, and worked on developing an interpretive gallery plan for the museum’s major renovation and construction. Here in Montgomery, I worked for the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, where I organized and laid-out exhibitions and researched the permanent collection.
Life Beyond Square Root Interactive
I never thought that I would become a soccer mom, but that is, happily, what I am. I have an active older son and a beautiful baby boy, so I shift roles between teacher, baby toter, chauffer, diaper changer and cheering section. In between, I find time for good books, dancing around the kitchen, knitting and cooking.
Education
I earned both a B.S. in Education and a B.A. in Art History from Bowling Green State University in 1997. In 1999, I earned a M.A. in Art History and Museum Studies from Case Western Reserve University, where I also completed my Ph.D. level Art History coursework.
