Web Site for Project: Start-Up Winner Ashley Miller Designs Goes Live

Here at Square Root Interactive, we’re excited about the launch of a new Web site for our Project: Start-Up winner Ashley Miller Designs. The idea behind Project: Start-Up was to commemorate Square Root’s 10th anniversary by giving back to the small business community by awarding a $10,000 Web site to a local start up.
The new Web site, www.ashleymillerdesigns.com, is intended to serve as an extension of the local interior decorating business’s brand. The site provides information about products and services offered by founder Ashley Miller. Ashley hopes the Web site will both inspire and motivate site visitors to consider a design project for their own homes.
I had the chance to interview the intelligent and very talented designer earlier this year, and she was excited to hear that she was chosen as the Project: Start-Up winner. More importantly, she understands just how important it is to make a favorable first impression with a Web site produced by a talented team of professional Web site designers, programmers, word smiths, marketers and test analysts.
The main features of the site include a design portfolio that showcases Miller’s previous projects and a blog where she can share insightful articles and Web sites related to interior design with her Web site visitors. We certainly think that www.ashleymillerdesigns.com will be a conduit for bringing her new business in the years to come.
Services delivered by Square Root included site planning, design, development, search engine optimization, consulting, hosting and giving Miller the ability to make site updates in-house using a Web content management system (CMS).
